The multi-language option allows customers who purchased a RICOH GR IV Monochrome product to change the language menu, originally intended for domestic use, to a multi-language menu.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS MULTI-LANGUAGE UPDATE SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED THEIR RICOH GR IV MONOCHROME CAMERA FROM AN AUTHORIZED RICOH IMAGING CANADA DEALER.

IMPORTANT NOTES WHEN REQUESTING THIS SERVICE

  • This service is only available upon request from the original purchaser who purchased the product from an Authorized Ricoh Imaging Canada Dealer.
  • To verify the purchase, we will request a copy of your original proof of purchase and verify the product serial number.
  • This service is limited to one use per person and one product only.
  • This service must be requested directly by the customer who purchased the product. Requests from authorized dealers or retailers will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept requests to change the language menu from products purchased in another region’s language menu. Therefore, please request this service in the country from where the product was purchased.
  • Once the language menu has been changed, it cannot be reverted to the original setting.
  • When sending the product via courier service, please ensure it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
